Over the course of our time together, he proved to be a dependable coworker and a kind person. Dave consistently showed patience, reliability, and responsibility. He kept a calm and respectful demeanor even under pressure, and people naturally felt comfortable around him. These things made him a valued team member and someone I trusted both at work and beyond. What set Dave apart was how he handled the department's culture. We worked in an old-school environment where newer employees were expected to figure things out on their own. Dave never let that mean someone struggled alone. He'd step in, offer guidance, and share tips that made the work easier and helped people manage the pressure that came with it. That kind of awareness and patience isn't something everyone has. Dave is compassionate and attentive. He takes time to understand what people need and connects with them in a straightforward, supportive way.
