# Doubled Ham Glaze
**Ingredients:**
- 2/3 cup of maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijoin Mustard
- 4 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp ??? whole-grain mustard w/Irish Whiskey (Albrechts)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or orange juice for mild acidity)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for a subtle smoky edge)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp black pepper
**Instructions:**
1. Whisk everything together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
2. Brush the glaze over the ham before it goes into the Nesco.
3. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the glaze and the drippings.
