# Christmas (2022) ## Preamble 🎅🎄 After our "doing stuff in batches" last year we decided to pull the trigger on a proper steamer set. Got a 3qt Cuisinart, which I had thought was the same size as the one I had. It's bigger. 😐 Also pulled the trigger on another "dedicated steamer" basket (with graduated steps on the bottom making it universal) which luckily fit perfectly on both the one I had and the one I bought. We're continuing with the "triangle plate" approach due to Dwayne being there and that's what he likes.
