# Post-Dinner Observations (add at will)
- Probably a little too heavy on the desserts.
- Vegetable total seemed to be a good one
- Ham size seemed good for the amount of people
- Cranberry sauce is the new Rolls
- Never opened the third juice, keep it normal with the northland brand
- Maybe only pasta salad instead of also tray
- I used just under 6 lbs for mash this year- seemed to be a good amount
- Oatmeal ratio for the noodles in the pasta salad moving forward
