Meats Ham - Mom said she has one we can use Prime Rib - BONE IN 🦴 RIBEYE NOW AVAILABLE I HAVE ONE SET ASIDE - THANK YOU! Starches - Cheesy potatoes (like the ones grandma Parker used to make with the corn flakes on top ⭐️⭐️ ) - Macaroni n cheese - Terell making Veggies - Bacon cabbage - Roasted cauliflower Apps - Stuffed mushrooms with Italian sausage - Deviled eggs - Guacamole - Sausage / Crackers / Cheese - Chicken in a biscuits - Pit smoked & black label - Mozzarella whips - Smoked/regular Gouda - Bricks of Weyuwega Salads\- Mom bringing - pasta salad - Cauliflower broccoli salad --- Notes for next time: We had 6 adults + the girls 3 heads cauliflower,too much, 2 would be good Mom brought about 10lbs ham and we made 2 5lb prime ribs. One prime rib was untouched Mac n cheese- made 2 lbs pasta- we went though about a half pan (1 lb would have been enough) \*good leftovers though Cheesy potatoes- had some left over, but good amount (9x13 pan, 32 oz bag hash browns) 👍 Bacon cabbage- used two heads and one pack Usingers pepper bacon- good amount 👍 Stuffed shrooms were a hit. Used 1 big and one regular sized pack mini bella’s and 1 pack Italian sausage 👍 Deviled eggs were a hit. Made 20 eggs 👍 Guac n pico were almost untouched- not needed 👎 Cheese , sausage n crackers were a hit. Used chicken in a biscuit/ one brick of each: smoked gudah, cheddar, horseradish, and Muenster. Sausage : black label from WI/ Stoneridge garlic pit smoked in natural casing 👍
