# Grandma Parker's Zucchini Bread

2 c flour
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp bsoda
1/2 tsp bpowder
1 tsp salt
1 c chopped nuts
**2 cups** flour
**3 teaspoons** cinnamon
**2 teaspoons** baking soda
**1/2 teaspoon** baking powder
**1 teaspoon** salt
**1 cup** chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c zucchini (drained)
**3** eggs
**2 cups** sugar
**1 cup** canola oil
**2 teaspoons** vanilla
**2 cups** zucchini (drained)
Mix together dry ing except sugar.
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and zuc
Fold in dry ing and nuts
Bake 1 hour @ 350 Makes 2 loafs
