[[Tangy Honey Mustard]] for the monster win ## Veggies * glazed carrots flopped again, they simply didn't roast. * Despite the postive feedback, we nuked the [[broccoli]] and it was essentially overcooked to fuck with the tenderloin. * Mom's fruit salad on top of nicole's cranberry sauce is a match made in heaven. Perhaps those wedding sized serving cups for that next year!? ## Starch I thought maybe to omit the noodles next year but Christina mentioned that almost everyone took some. so perhaps just dial it back a bit next year, we had a lot left over. ## Desserts Picassio fluff was a win and the first collaboration of Grandma and Christina. Big win. Need to roll out the butterscotch islands earlier next year or just send people home with them cos they melt in the hot ass dining room. ## Beverage Center Nicole's drink she made was a huge success. A must moving forward and very responsible. We did take one shot tho. Cheers to a good overall holiday. Juices we had too many. Some turned to wine naturally on the porch. ==Don't do that again.==
