It is the easiest to do because it requires nothing of you at all other than to put your mind at ease and fall into dreamland. Matthew Walker’s book “Why We Sleep” goes into some massive detail about this, and I read that book years ago. I understand the concepts and I truly realize how important sleep is to a person. Almost more importantly, I understand how bad it is for a person to deprive themselves of sleep. Yet, day in and day out, I am sabotaging my sleep as if my life depended on it. Why do I do this? ■
