### loss of hearing ##### Published: Friday, November 25th 2005 sometimes its worth pondering whether one will become deaf before finishing his novel. thirty days of near daily headphone use. headphone use that can be heard from my driveway. there is less than one week remaining in national novel writing month. its been suggested that "fluffing" up the novel during hte editing process can add another 50 to 80 thousand words. i had a good thanksgiving and hope you all did too. john digweed - apollo vibes
