i [work with](http://browse.vanillatree.org/T&T%20Third%20Shift.png) Jessica tonight, Laura is waitressing, and brian is there for a split shift. i've decided that i **hate** laura, and wouldn't mind never seeing her again. she spends most her time complaining about other peoples work, or outside smoking pot in her SUV. she was fired back in the day for fucking truck drivers for money. jessica has this thing about leaving early. in fact i haven't seen her stay all shift since i've started working there again. this was ok with mary cos back before brian and i started there wasn't much room for mary to get angry about it, cos she didn't have any other cooks to back her up. basically she had free reign on doing what she wanted to because she didn't have any other choice but to suck it up and take it. well the week after i started there jessica left early every day during the week and then when her girlfriend dumped her she took four days off for 'personal reasons'. because when her world is not up to par the rest of the world must come to a haulting stop and we have to wait for her to get better before we can expect her to work hard again. she's a good cook don't get me wrong, but that shit has gone far enough. brian and i have worked rich against her, and for the most part she is halfway out the door. tonight the hood cleaners come, which is hell on earth for any customer. basically the only things you can order is something that is made in the microwave, cos every other part of the kitchen is shut down. customers angry, jessica frustrated. we assume that she will try and sneak out before brian is even scheduled to leave. if that is the case i have setup a plan to fuck something up good. nothing that will cause waste or anything, but maybe i could let the orders back up in the early morning and get all behind. then in the morning when mary is raged pissed and wants to cut someones head off, when she comes to the kitchen she will see no jessica. we will stop at nothing to get her fired. sunday she spend the better half of an hour coluring with markers she got a state fair. fucking colouring. she goes to the booths and sits down with customers, and chats, chatts, chats.. laura says anything to me i'm going to let her have it.
