it took me about fifteen minutes to get off 45 South, down Q to Lannon Road. At 6:00 housewives and whiney fucking brats started already parking in the street. Police handing out parking tickets like candy. Fuck it, charge it like the thousands in merchandise. Police were directing traffic in and out of Wal-Mart. Fleet Farm, Michael's -- all hectic. This is usually my 'free time' to have the streets and sections of the highway to myself. Not today. I stopped into Speedway to get [Tallboys](http://flickr.com/photos/mesh/tags/mountaindewamp/show/) and if I didn't get to pierce though the largest crowd of in a rush, rude, fucking assholes I don't know what else to call them! It was hectic. The woman working kinda smiled at me like "Yeah, not the normal day as you already have gathered." It was tight. I felt like a 'regular'. I love that feeling.
Came home and cleaned the shift of work from my body. Washed my brain of work as well, that felt good. Went to Wal-Mart at nearly 11:00. Just to see the Wii situation and stuff in general. I saw a manager brining a pallet of shit and drop it, and it started getting picked over almost instantly. They've taken garbage cans, big plastic ones, literally, and overfilled them with stuff that's on sale. A garbage can full of CD-Players, movies, you name it, it's already in the garbage.
Work sucked last night but I was on so much caffeine that my mind didn't really seem to care. Felt like my heart was fluttering, going to explode, or blow right through my white dress-shirt. Son of a bitch!
