More time passes yet my passion and desire to understand more of the Linux command line and the Ubuntu operating system still reign pretty high. Care equals zero for Microsoft and if I can find a good keyboard I'll be 100% Microsoft free. I'll give it to them as far as they're keyboards go out of all the desktop computers I have owned in my lifetime all these boxes have been inputed with two Microsoft keyboards and two Microsoft mice. They really do make quality hardware and the battery life on them is phenomenal. I wonder who REALLY makes them. Regardless I went to Barnes & Noble last night and bought a [hot-off-the-press book on Ubuntu](http://www.google.com/search?q=isbn%3A%209780132360395&aq=&oq=&hl=en) which has been already answered so many questions and has tunneled channels for future knowledge growth. I'm so exicted, and as I was telling Bradley last night over Pidgin, I feel like a kid at Christmas. I've got my partitions setup just the way I like them so in a heartbeat I could switch up flavours without loosing my **/home** directory. But the technical details are neighter here nor there. We'll leave it at I'm in white heat over the Penguin. Did I show you [the first image I made in GIMP](http://www.vanillatree.org/daybook/index.php?id=75)? Well its off to get the day started and see what it will all deliver me. Lenin is going to take a bath today and I got six birdfeeders to fill up. Soon I'll need Safflower. Also who wants to feel old with me? Next month they are releasing a **25th Anniversary** Edition of Michael Jackson's **Thriller**!
