[](http://willpress.openpluto.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/Welcome-to-Google+-Google-Chrome_045.jpeg)I'm [officially in at Google+](https://plus.google.com/111138343281181175966).  Took almost twenty-four hours for my invite to "go thru" but I suppose that would be because there are no "invites" you make a post and share it to some people who are not on Plus and from the email they get they can join. Upon getting the shared email from the guy who intially "invited" me, I was even still redirected to the page that we have all been seeing that says "Already Invited? blah blah blah".  My impatient ass refreshed the page a few times and before I knew it was asking me to confirm details of my name and the start-up process began! I have invited three people so far but my Wife (being one of them) hasn't yet gotten here invite and its been a few hours already.  This "project" of Google's looks very promising indeed. That orange text on the lower-middle of the screenshot states: > You're a part of a small group of people who are helping to test Google+. When you share something with people who are not yet able to use Google+, they will receive it via email but wont' be able to to comment or engage with the content like other Google+ users. They'll be able to join Google+ as we let more users in over time. I cannot tell you how many times I checked my Gmail today, and refreshed the Plus page just in case I got in by chance.  _Patience is a fucking virtue―I guess._ **If you leave a comment so I invite you to Google+ you have to leave your Gmail address.  I'm almost certain you need a valid Gmail account in order to get in.  So if you don't have a Gmail/Google Account you should go set one up!  I know how we all feel about posting our emails for everyone to see so I will delete you comment once I have invited you.**
