Twice a week I work with this man named John and I think he is one hell of an extraordinary cook. A Chef. Watching him do anything in the kitchen is to see speed and grace choir in perfect harmony. I learn something new from him every time I get the opportunity to put an apron on with him. He is one of the many reasons I like doing what I do, because it is people like him that make it all worthwhile.
