Attempted to go back to work today the thought was well intended more so van in actuality by 8 o'clock in the morning I was wondering how was going to make it through the rest of the day but apparently my boss thinking ahead of me as he always does already hady precautionary measures in place in the event I didn't make it to work today so I'm headed home I stopped at my sisters and grandmothers to let them know I'm alive and well for the most part going to go take it easy as I have been the last 2 days I need to focus seriously though on rest I'm not back to 100 percent it was funny to assume I was although I'm sure do the lack of sleep last night I might try to make meatloaf for the first time in my life this evening we'll see
