- new guy, Jordan started at the diner. related to royalty (OMJ). he's the best employee to be hired since dennis started, and probably in the last three or four months before Mary got the sack.  he actually knows what the fuck he is doing in a kitchen.  if he wasn't so far away i'd prospect him for jakes when austin starts to fumble on his two jobs. - working everyday is starting to wear on me. Ziemer is right however, it is a little easier when it is spanned across two separate locations. - buycott is out for android. buycott ftw - we have parted ways with instagram. for no real reason. waste of time, and we don't fucking have any. plus it was lagging on my brain talking about, what was the last thing i uploaded to instagram?  fuck that shit. **FTS!** - gaming depression lately. it's late and i want to like cook and shit but it will only wake up the wife and shit. cos of Stalin. fuck me, i need to experiment and i do it best when i am fresh off of work.  so i want to play a game, but i don't know what the fuck to play. minecraft, fallout, skyrim are all candidates. - (a thousand kisses deep - Leonard Cohen is blessing Clementine ATM) - cook meeting after work on sunday worth mentioning. Terry, Ziemer and I.  We all chatted it up about this and that, Terri bounced and Ziemer and I got on all sorts of food talk.  more business food talk, but food talk regardless.  it was after three o'clock by the time i had left there. i got out of the car and addressed Ziemer to his face standing up, tall and clear & shit.  i told him that i knew about all the things he had said the Sunday prior when i had that catering event. he appeared a little uneasy in me bringing it up. idk what he thought i was going to do (getting out of the car, i didn't want him to think i was going to start trying to have a go at him or something!) but i had apologised for the mix-up in words and told him that the future of this place is plagued. i told him i have mad respect for him and that i would keep my ears to the tracks in regards to finding him a new spot.  we shook hands and took on our own ways. - tonights service was incredibly slow. apparently Jake was not happy with the condition of the walk-in and was all beside himself with Vinnie about it.  check-lists are now hanging. apparently they always where but that had all fallen along the way.  he had me going around all even thinking that Jake was upset with the condition of the whole place so with nearly every open moment before Austin got there I was trying to tidy the place up. but it was only the cooler that he was upset about. i don't really understand the cooler-setup yet―so i'm probably not helping the situation. i saw Vinnie (and helped a bit as well, as did Austin) have to switch out random sauces from their large containers to their smaller, flimsy, disposable ones. i really don't understand it all very much.  the highlight of the evening however was when Vinnie was sitting out at the bar with Jason and there was an order for Jake's Burger (turkey) and I cooked it and threw it up in the window. Walked around to the front-line and asked Andrew if there was anybody up there who could walk me through the burger and I would prepare it myself.  I don't really know what I'm doing but I have a change to plate up some shit that is going to go out to a customer without anybody looking at me doing it.  Andrew tells me each thing in reverse order.  Boom, boom, boom, pickle―done.  "_Perfect."_ Andrew says _"Better than Vinnie, actually."_
