I had tried what is known as bananas foster this evening for dinner. Saw this recipe and tried giving parts of it a go. Worked out pretty well. I also has the wife slice up some strawberries to go with the sliced bananas. Brown sugar, vanilla and Meyers rum. On top of my standard French toast.
