So tonight we did a few new things: Made lemon sorbet Made bread pudding and have decided that their is no difference between it and baked French toast I also tried various ways on making garlic butter sauce. One with real and one with fake. I burnt the fresh garlic cloves on purpose so I could taste what the one customer did on Saturday. The fake one went exactly as planned, a garlic taste with the terrible sautéed snap to the taste of fake garlic. Must master this process. Worth mentioning I suppose that I was also using the flour butter mixture as well in addition to real butter.. Time to give the bread pudding a taste!
