Just saw on Twitter that Fallout 4 got another update.  Hopefully, this will address my issue with that one mission that is "stuck" mid-mission. **EDIT:**  It did not fix the issue at University Point.  It is still cleared, but the mission is still telling me to clear the hostiles at University Point. :(
