Yesterday seemed to have gone and went without much effort at all. Woke up at 8:30 (stark comparison to today of 10:30) with the intention of writing but somehow that all fell along the way. I ended up just sort of sitting around not doing much at all. Got the idea to make the best of the weather and bike to Grandma's house so Nicole didn't have to come too far to get me after work for the Cinco de Mayo party at her work but I ended up passing out after my shower. Woke up at 16:38 with Dad home and Nicole just moments away from coming to get me. Went to this get together with Nicole saw this guy who was the ex-husband of Janelle and I remembered him from the past, didn't take long to figure out he was part of the "too cool for you" crew in the Falls one year ahead of me. He seemed really into Janelle still despite the fact that he was her ex-husband. Cinco de Mayo at a dentists office in Sussex means white people drinking Coronas, eating "Mexican food" and desserting with "Margaritia bars".  It was nice to meet my Sister's coworkers, it's enjoyable knowing we are both in a more mature version of a BOH with employees wearing undirty, cleaner clothes. ;) Took a video of the kids destroying a pinata but the video got cut off when Frank hit me up on Facebook Messenger. That sucks I wanted to get that shit covered and put on Facebook. It made me realize that I want to have a digital SLR camera at some point in my future. I wanna be the guy who gets to record shit and put it up for people. That'll be what I'm into, but that also means that at some point I'm going to need a more powerful computer to do video editing, I.E. a Mac. I'll need a [MAC](http://www.apple.com/) at some point if I plan to do anything serious with this video editing stuff. A bike at some point too, but I feel that I need to approach this whole thing in a very minimalist way. Watch YouTube University videos about Digital SLRs and really figure out what I need to do with all of this. I want to share with people, everything there is to share. Laundry is in, [Tropico 5](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tropico_5) went up for free today on PSN. That's awesome, I've always wanted to pull the trigger on that game and now I can for free. :) That makes me delightfully happy as I've hit something of a plateau on the PS4 lately. Probably all the over exposure during the surge of unemployment/necessary recovery. It's a beautiful day today, I don't know what I'll get into. I would love to be at Lion's Den Gorge or Spectacular Sculptures today with someone. Just to enjoy the times. Haven't kicked up much dust about the events that popped off at work on Sunday. I don't want to overhype the situation but at the same time, I don't want to just simply let it slide on by without it being noticed. So the guy that pretty much hosted the "orientation" at the Hotel that day Joe I believe his name is - came up to me on Sunday before the little "team huddle" started and said: "I got a special mission for you today, because you seem to really know what you're doing." He breaks off the group into sections to get the load done that came in and the Store Director comes up to me and goes "William, what department were you hired for?" I respond Deli and he gave a grunt that almost sounded like that "wasn't the answer he was looking for". How wonderful it would be to get hauled out of the deli before the store even opened because they see something in my character that would be useful in another area of the store. Still am dying to know what this third shift dude's issue is with his ice-grills weird movements. I just want to tell him to have it out, but at the same time, I need to pump the brakes on just falling into the mentality that we are in the BOH of a restaurant. Because we are not, we are in a corporate environment that has dire consequences for speaking without thinking. I suppose this is necessary for such large-scale operations with that much money on the table at once. The slackers are starting to poke out more and more each day. Comfortable in what they may have been hired for, but nothing else. I had to move a LOT of shit on Sunday that was in the wrong spot and it was purely because people are too fucking lazy to read a small text UPC label right the FIRST TIME. Podcast and perhaps a little spring cleaning. [American Primitivism](https://play.google.com/music/r/m/L6mrrlo4m2vmzt2qvczixpmlnni?t=American_Primitivism) on Google Play ATM, pretty good stuff: > "Developed by John Fahey and artists on his Takoma Records label, this finger-picking style of guitar playing combines country and blues techniques with neo-classical composition." Here is to a good Tuesday. Starting work tomorrow at 9:00.
