Didn't exactly wake upon the first alarm this morning but I was up by 7:30. Up to speed on Game of Thrones, which has me anxiously awaiting next Sunday's episode after seeing what happened with John Snow at the end of Episode 2 in Season 6. I feel sort of like a cheater not watching most of Season 5 but the reality is I'll probably end up watching the series again when it concludes so I'll be able to look into all the weird and strange details then. That Ramsay Snow tho!
Stayed up later than I should have last night, something about starting a new shift at a new time that has me all worked up beyond measure. Created a Todoist checklist for things to prep for work the nights before they happen. It's in line with that "decision fatigue" that the Minimalists were on about the other day in one of their podcasts (which I listened to quite a bit of over my last two days off).Went thru a bunch of my belongings yesterday as well during the afternoon. I got rid of a whole garbage bag worth of stuff. Gave some stuff to Mom to get to the appropriate people and I've got another pile here that I'm going to give to Nicole when she comes to pick me up.

Prepping lunch for my day last night has me thinking about food in the future. I have a section of the Boss sandwich two cheese sticks, pop tarts, fruits and some pretzels. Need to get some shit in order for better-prepared meals in the future. Need to also get a vitamin regimen going again. Also need to see if I can find some of this "Amazing Grass Green SuperFood" that the Minimalists speak of or something similar to see if that would work for me.
Nicole should be here shortly and I don't want to keep her waiting.
