- There is an unbelievable amount of animosity towards management from hourly workers.  Many of them disregard them outright. - This "learning place" where I am expected to do this computer-based learning seems to be the "getaway social club" for many of the employees. extremely hard to focus atop youtube videos and giggles in the background.  Conversations that surely are "appropriate for work". - Time theft runs rampant. - The department of which I was hired is exactly the way it was described to be on Saturday night by one of the guys who I was in my initial orientation with back in April. - It would have been nice to have a pen today.
