I'm super fucking busy with work and I'm bogged down really hard with shit but I can't deny how much I've been thinking about your situation. I just wanted to reach out because of all those people at the Braising Pan few mattered. Yourself, Mikey, and Cole were the only ones there who really seemed like real people. Dave was hit-or-miss but like every other evil genius in the world, you need to lack hard in some areas of life to be great in others. David is a fantastic cook, probably one of the best I worked for, but he struggles keeping a balance.
