- The people who are "in charge" are seemingly NEVER around to be part of the team.
- The "blue shirts" always come around and go on about the issue with breaks. They insist on a moments notice that someone takes a break, when it does nothing but interrupt the workflow.
- The "one sidedness" of the who likes to work where shit needs to stop in a hurry. There is this whiteboard that says where people should work. Even if that is followed these pizza station people will be glad to lean up against their hotcase and chit-chat or fuck off and watch the counter person get smoked with customers without a slightest interest of helping out.
- Brent and Bradley are different in this regard and I firmly believe it because of their food service backgrounds. Jessica as well.
- we need to enact the presidential system in the cooler
- we need a "heat map" of the storage of the meat up front
- general order needs to happen up front. idk why nobody wants to leave brands close by each other to make things easier to find. and when it comes to putting new chubs in a bag why the fuck can't people take two seconds to place the fucking tag in the same spot so if they took the two seconds to put back stuff in a proper spot, it would be easier to read. easier on them! why the fuck is so hard to understand!?!
- we need to have an actual stocking process happen up front and have it relevant to the heat map
